About Us

Education for Employment Foundation (EEF) is a section 25 not-for-profit company, established in 2013, exempted under income tax registration u/s 12A of the Income Tax Act 1961 and u/s 80G (5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act 1961., registered with DARPAN and MSME, is pioneering a unique approach to assist young people achieve their full potential and easing the problems of Indian unemployment; enhancing the financial literacy for budding entrepreneurs. By garnering the support of business, government, education and civic leaders, EEF is creating sustainable, independent local foundation that runs training and job placement and entrepreneurial programs. With each affiliate foundation, EEF identify appropriate sectors of the local economy that will offer solid potential for growth and job creation but currently lack appropriately-qualified personnel.
EEF has the proficiencies to develop the human resources for present generation to be an effective/efficient human resource for the global market and developing 21st century skills. The foundation brings together local business and community leaders to serve on the Board of Directors or Business Advisory Council of the foundation.
